The portal is available to registered scheme members, participating employers, and authorised scheme officers. You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account is accurate and kept up to date.

• You must be a current member, employer, or authorised officer to hold an account.
• Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared.
• Access levels are assigned according to your role.

You agree to use the portal only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or misuse any information obtained through it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We require multi-factor authentication and recommend you enable an authenticator app or security key. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

The portal provides self-service access to contributions, statements, claims, and benefit administration. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time to improve the service or to meet regulatory requirements.

The portal, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Enwealth Retirement Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as expressly permitted.

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enwealth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Final wording will be confirmed by counsel.
